All listings in our shop are digital files that will be sent to the email address listed on your Etsy receipt once the proof has been approved and completed. 1. Submit all details for your order. Scroll down to the "Item Details" area below the ADD TO CART button on the listing you are viewing. Follow the steps listed under HOW TO KICK-START YOUR ORDER to submit your details.

2. Once your order has been reviewed and purchased, the discussed turnaround time will begin for your proofs. The proofs will be based on the design originally discussed in our conversations. Changes that go beyond the scope of the original design details will incur a revision fee.

3. Once final approval is received, the files will be sent to the email address listed on your Etsy receipt within 24/48 hrs. Ensure the email address tied to your Etsy account is correct.

4. DOWNLOAD files immediately to avoid deletion!

We DO NOT offer free shipping. Wild Pines Design does not print or ship physical items. However, we do have a membership with an premier online print vendor who will print & ship to your home for an additional cost. The shipping cost is NOT included in the purchase price of the custom digital design you are ordering from Wild Pines Design. The print vendor is a separate entity not affiliated with Wild Pines Design, however, we will place the order on your behalf.

The Etsy platform does not allow Custom digital shops to remove the "Free Shipping" banner from individual listings, even though it does not apply to our items. We know it's confusing to our shoppers/buyers but we have no choice but to comply with their platform

♥ ♥ Recommended Print Vendors = Staples, Office Max, FedEX, or a trusted local print vendor. Printing digital files with high resolution is their expertise. Our files have 350 DPI, which requires expert printing.

➨ Even though we recommend these particular print vendors, we cannot guarantee their print quality due to printing knowledge varying from employees to location.

➨ Not Recommended = Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Costco, Sam's Club, etc. These vendors are good at printing photos, which is a very different process. It's also been our experience that standard sizes are often not offered with these vendors.
